REFUND POLICY

At Ovoluxa ("we," "us," "our"), we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased on ovoluxa.com ("the Site"). By placing an order, you ("Customer," "you") agree to the terms below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email support@ovoluxa.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return is approved (within 24–48 business hours)
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided in our confirmation email

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ovoluxa is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees are not refunded

6. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return and reorder:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement size, color, or product
  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued for the original item

This ensures you get your replacement faster without waiting for the return to clear.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ovoluxa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice. No return shipping fees will apply.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe above:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take time to officially post
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time before a refund is posted varies
  4. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@ovoluxa.com

9. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return under the same terms as full-price items, unless marked as final sale. Refunds for discounted items will reflect the actual amount paid, not the original retail price.

10. Subscription & VIP Club Refunds

  • VIP Club subscription charges are non-refundable once billed
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support@ovoluxa.com
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial subscription periods

11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for refused or undeliverable orders will exclude original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

12. Chargebacks

We encourage Customers to contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay your refund and result in your account being flagged. For more details, see our Chargeback Agreement.

13. Changes to This Policy

Ovoluxa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
