6. Returns & Refunds

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges

If you sign up for our VIP Club or any other recurring subscription, you authorize Ovoluxa to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at signup. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing support@ovoluxa.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Ovoluxa or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Prohibited Conduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
